GALENA, Mo. – A Branson man is in the Stone County Jail facing multiple charges including possession of amphetamine.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol, 45-year-old Russell Burkitt was arrested just before 2 p.m. on Thursday and later booked in the Stone County Jail. Burkitt’s charges include a felony possession of amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired license plates, and no proof of insurance. He also has a warrant from Taney County for a DWI, as well as warrants from Stone County for driving with a suspended license and speeding.
Burkitt is currently being held in the Stone County Jail with bond set at 1750 dollars.
