A three month joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department, Marion County Sheriff's Office and 14th Judicial Drug Task Force resulted in three Flippin men being arrested on twelve felony charges, with officers seizing over forty firearms, a homemade pipe bomb and amounts of three different narcotics, according to Flippin Police Chief Dusty Smith.
Taken into custody were thirty-seven year old Robert Pollard, forty-six year old Ronald Pollard, along with Joey Musgrave Jr.
Officers executed a search warrant at Pollard's residence. During the course of that search, officers located an amount of methamphetamine, an amount of prescription narcotics, marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia related to the sale and use of methamphetamine.
Bond for Robert Pollard was set at $25,000. Bond for Musgrave was set at $5,000. They both have no bond parole holds from the Arkansas Department of Community Correction and are still in jail. Bond for Ronald Pollard was set at $10,000. He posted bond and is awaiting a first appearance in court.
