The man accused of the kidnapping, rape and murder of a 12 year old girl last week has had his probation revoked for previous crimes.
Bobby Bourne, Jr., was sentenced to five years probation in April for assaulting an officer and domestic assault against his wife in 2011.
The day kidnapping charges were filed against Bourne in connection with the disappearance of Adriaunna Horton, a parole violation warrant was issued against Bourne.
When Horton’s body was found, first-degree murder and rape charges were added against Bourne.
His next court appearance is scheduled for September 9th.
